38 Weeks Today

Here I am, 38 weeks, full-term, for the first time in my life. The wall is the color meshed wall in our bedroom that Roy and I finished on Saturday. It's gorgeous, if I say so myself. A chocolate-mocha ensemble.

So, 38 weeks. I need to have this little guy in the next 2 weeks to have a VBAC. Please pray that I go into labor on my own. I'm feeling great - considering. I'm not sleeping well but that is too be expected. Swelling is minimal most days and I feel good!

Here I am, same day and pose obviously, but listening to my IPOD that Roy compiled new songs for my labor. I am trying to meditate and focus on God and how He is in control. Right now I'm listening to, "Lifesong" by Casting Crowns.

Tomorrow is another doctor appointment. We shall see where I sit/stand after her exam. Until then - still pregnant, tired and excited to give birth to another son.

We Have Internet!

Finally, after going through withdrawls from not having internet access, we are set! I am wireless as I type upstairs with the router downstairs in our soon to be office. Not just any internet I might add, but awesome speedyquick!!! It's speedy alright. Even on "minimal strength" I'm cruising right along. It's faster than our DSL ever was, if one can imagine that.

Phoneless, yes. I actually like it! No ringing during mealtimes. Fewer calls for the kids; which is VERY nice and quietness abounds. We'll be all set on Friday with phone so no worries. Until then, just call our cells.

Tomorrow is office day. Trying like crazy to get our tax info to the accountant before this baby comes. We're pushing it for sure as the contractions are getting stronger each day and I have no idea how dilated I am now. Next appt is Thursday.

Baby's room is all but done and we'd be fine if he came now. Paco's room is darling - the big boy's room is set and the girls are fine. They just need help hanging some big things. Our room is finally painted and our dressers are in the room now. WHOO HOO! Also a big deal is the toilet is hooked up in our bathroom so I have very short trips to the loo during the night now. YEAH!

Still Here

Well, since the deadline for sending out W-2's and 1099's has passed I'm sure you're all relieved to hear that I did complete that on time. YEAH! Now, I found out that corp taxes are due March 15 not April 15 so I have to get all our stuff to the accountant ASAP! Always something, I guess.

I love my doula. She's great. I had my second massage this morning and can't wait til next Wed to get another!!!

Childbirth class is wonderful and a great experience for Roy and I.

Baby is head down still so keep praying he remains that way. I'm doing and am very pregnant.

Moving day is Saturday!!! Pray for us!
