Step 2: Both parties should pucker up:
Step 3: Touch your lips to theirs:
WARNING: Sometimes, one of the two parties might "sneak in a little tongue!!!" On some of those occasions, the recipient of the tongue action doesn't mind - thankfully, that is the case illustrated here.
