I have to do better planning food when I am going to be gone from home for 12 hours! 

Yesterday was one of those days.  I did not eat poorly - I hardly ate!  And still hardly ate I managed to eat at least 1,000 calories that were nearly empty.  Boo!

Thankfully, I was so exhausted by the time we got home that I fell asleep right away and didn't have to figure out what would be the best thing for me to eat right before bed when I was so hungry. 

I'm feeling motivated!  I'm seeing positive results in how my clothes fit and I'm feeling better. 

Praise Jesus!!!
